长城词典·三道关三道关是由谭纶、莫如德于隆庆三年（1569年）主持修建的。它位于山海关北面约6公里，因为有前、中、后三道障墙闸住了峡谷险径，故名。两侧山峰虽然海拔不高，但异常险峻。石砌的长城在两山绝壁间游走，如过山龙蛇，最大的坡度有70度，故有“倒挂长城”之说。 Great Wall dictionary·Sandao PassIn 1569 （the 3rd year of the Longqing Regime of the Ming Dynasty），Tan Lun and Mo Rude supervised the construction of Sandao Pass. Located about 6 km north of Shanhai Pass，Sandao Pass gains its name from the the vital strategic position it occupies on the perilous gorge road where three barrier walls have been built： front，middle and rear. Although not too high on either side，it is unusually steep with the maximum gradient reaching 70 degree. Built in the precipices of two sides of the mountain，the stone-made Great Wall is similar to a dragon walking through a mountain valley. It has been called “an upside down Great Wall”.
